A blend of core Pilates, barre and yoga flow to create a mindful, challenging workout!
10-minute pranayama warm-up, 20 minutes of barre/core, 30 minute yoga flow and 15 minute meditation and relaxation
Thursday and Thursday: 9:15-10:15 Dance Fusion (CGC)
A combination of Zumba, groove and free-dance based workouts
