- 9:15-Core and Calm: a class that combines Pilates and Yoga with a mindful approach.
- 9:15- Dance Fusion: a cardio dance class that incorporates all styles of dance. Groove your way into fitness.
- 9:15-Yoga Flow: a yoga flow class in a heated room allows for warm muscles to achieve greater flexibility to dive deeper into your postures for maximum benefits.
- 6:45-Pound-Fit: usingweighted drumsticks for cardio and strength training. The is a Rock out workout!
- 7:30 Power Yoga: unleash the power within you in this vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga.
